We recruit bus drivers for several large bus companies across the Netherlands, with a focus on public transportation.

Locations: Arnhem, Nijmegen, Eindhoven, and Utrecht.

Working as a bus driver with our clients means playing a vital role in transporting passengers from point A to point B every day. As the face of the company, you ensure that people reach their destination safely, comfortably, and on time. Job Description

Acting as a host/hostess during the bus ride, providing excellent service to passengers

Driving the bus under all conditions, ensuring safe and comfortable transport for passengers and the safety of other road users

Operating standard and/or electric buses (15–18 metres)

Optional: Digital ticket sales

Reporting irregularities and issues such as traffic jams, bus occupancy, road conditions, and defects in street furniture

Assessing the general technical condition of the vehicle and recording detected defects on the appropriate forms

Preparing the bus for operation, including refilling oil, water, and air, setting the route, inserting and setting the tachograph disc (if necessary), checking onboard equipment functionality, and ensuring all necessary items are present

Requirements

(We will not interview candidates who do not meet all the criteria listed below.)

English level: minimum B1

EU nationality or EU citizenship

Valid EU driver's license D

Valid Code 95 and a valid tachograph card (must be arranged in the candidate's home country if not already acquired)

Recent experience within the past 3 years

Minimum experience duration: 1 year

Must provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC) later in the process

Salary

Net salary starting from €2,600 per month minimum (salary increases based on years of experience in public transport)

Collective Labor Agreement (CLA), depending on the client

36/40-hour workweek depending on the client's CLA

Holiday allowance: 8% paid weekly

Overtime paid weekly

Shift allowances for irregular working hours

Travel Cost Compensation

We offer up to €200 travel cost compensation for your first arrival from your home country to the Netherlands. This reimbursement will be granted after one month of employment with the employer in the Netherlands, based on valid travel proof.
