We partner with the largest coach company in the Netherlands to recruit drivers for urban bus lines. As a driver, youll be responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and punctual transport for passengers within the city.

Travel Cost Compensation! We offer up to 200 in travel cost compensation for your first arrival from your home country to the Netherlands. This reimbursement will be granted after one month of service with the employer in The Nederland, based on valid travel proof.
Psychological Assessment Compensation! If you complete the assessment, are approved, and stay in the job for at least one month, you will receive a 250 bonus.
What We Offer:
Collective Labor Agreement (CLA), different per client
Hourly Wage: Starting from 16.30, depending on working experience
Weekly Hours: 36/40-hour workweek depending on clients CLA
Holiday Allowance: 8% paid weekly
Net salary starting from 2,600 per month
Overtime/Irregular Hours:
Overtime is paid weekly
Shift allowances apply for irregular working hours

What You Will Do:
- Digital ticket sales
- Acting as a host/hostess during the bus ride, providing service to passengers
- Driving the bus under all conditions, ensuring safe and comfortable transport for passengers and the safety of other road users
- Operating primarily electric buses
- Reporting irregularities and issues, such as traffic jams, bus occupancy, road conditions, and detecting defects in street furniture
- Assessing the general technical condition of the vehicle and recording detected defects on the appropriate form
- Preparing the bus for operation, including refilling oil, water, and air, setting the route, inserting and setting the tachograph disc (if necessary), checking the functionality of onboard equipment, and ensuring all necessary items are present
Requirements:
- Driver License: Category D with Code 95 certification and Tachograph.
- Experience: 12 months of bus driving experience within the last 3 years (or 4-6 months with truck driving experience).
- Language: English minimum B1 (Interview will be in this language) at B1/B2 level.
- Other: Medical clearance and a Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC).
