Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for motivated and professional individuals to join the front office team in one of our 4* or 5* hotels located in the breathtaking Austrian Alps (Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Kärnten, Steiermark, or Salzburg).
Are you passionate about hospitality, organized, and eager to provide outstanding guest experiences? We seek candidates with excellent communication skills, a strong focus on quality and detail, and a friendly, welcoming personality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar receptionist or front office role.
- Proficiency in German (B2 - C1 onward) and fluent English. Really must be fluent in spoken as well as written languages.
- Knowledge of different receptionist programs, such as Opera, Protel etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good manners and a well-groomed appearance.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Stress resistance and the ability to handle challenges calmly and professionally.
Your Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests warmly and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Managing reservations and providing accurate information about the hotel and its services.
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinating with other departments to provide exceptional service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
What We Offer:
- Employment in one of our prestigious 4* or 5* hotels in the Austrian Alps.
- Seasonal or permanent contracts, depending on the hotel.
- Salary: 1.650-1.900 + tips (depending on experience and German skills), with potential for higher earnings.
