Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Director of Cardio-Pulmonary Services, the Respiratory Therapist that delivers high-quality respiratory care to patients in a compassionate and professional healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 18 years old

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Graduate of an AMA-accredited Respiratory Therapy program

  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) and/or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

  • Arizona Respiratory Care Practitioner License

  • Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association or approved equivalent)

  • NRP Certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)

  • ACLS and PALS Certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)

  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds

Preferred:

  • Experience with electronic medical records (Meditech or similar)

  • Knowledge of system applications and data management

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
