Pediatric Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a medical-surgical unit.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, IVs, and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patients vital signs and report any changes to the care team.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and discharge plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
- Ensure patient safety by following infection control protocols and other best practices.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in WA or ability to obtain licensure.
- BLS and PALS certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (pediatric experience preferred).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
