About the Role:

• Provide personalized physical therapy treatments to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions.

• Develop and revise individualized care plans to optimize patient progress.

• Work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Full-time position with excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, and more.

• Competitive pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Licensed physical therapist in the state of South Dakota (or ability to obtain licensure).

• CPR certification required.

• 2+ years of experience in acute care, long-term care, or home health preferred.
