Territory Sales Manager
Job Description:
A leading building materials manufacturer is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive growth throughout the Northern Kentucky market. This role focuses on expanding relationships with distributors and contractors, developing new business, and promoting a full line of metal roofing panels, trim, and building components.
Responsibilities

Grow sales within assigned territory by targeting distributors, contractors, and key accounts.

Prospect and secure new customers through jobsite visits, networking, and regular travel.

Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to increase product usage and repeat business.

Provide product expertise and support for metal roofing, panels, trim, and accessories.

Collaborate with inside sales and operations to ensure accurate orders and customer satisfaction.

Track market trends, competitor activity, and forecast territory performance.

Represent the company at trade shows and contractor events.
Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in building materials, construction products, or related fields.

Strong relationships with contractors or distribution partners preferred.

Knowledge of metal roofing or exterior building products is a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage a large territory with regular travel (5070%).
