Territory Sales Manager

 Job Description:

A leading building materials manufacturer is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive growth throughout the Northern Kentucky market. This role focuses on expanding relationships with distributors and contractors, developing new business, and promoting a full line of metal roofing panels, trim, and building components.

Responsibilities

  • Grow sales within assigned territory by targeting distributors, contractors, and key accounts.

  • Prospect and secure new customers through jobsite visits, networking, and regular travel.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to increase product usage and repeat business.

  • Provide product expertise and support for metal roofing, panels, trim, and accessories.

  • Collaborate with inside sales and operations to ensure accurate orders and customer satisfaction.

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and forecast territory performance.

  • Represent the company at trade shows and contractor events.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in building materials, construction products, or related fields.

  • Strong relationships with contractors or distribution partners preferred.

  • Knowledge of metal roofing or exterior building products is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage a large territory with regular travel (5070%).
