About the Position:
The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including financial performance, sales, staff management, and inventory control. This pivotal role is essential in ensuring operational excellence, fostering team growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to service standards.
- Lead, develop, and support both inside and outside sales teams.
- Oversee profit and loss (P&L), budgeting, and financial performance.
- Champion a culture of safety and ensure the well-being of all employees.
- Coordinate timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Optimize warehouse and inventory management processes.
- Strategically drive branch growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in management and sales within the building materials industry (e.g., lumber, roofing, siding, windows, doors, drywall, or related products).
- Proven ability to grow sales and develop strong customer relationships.
- Experience managing branch or location operations in the building supply or similar field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
