Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Multilingual Customer Support Specialists to join our dynamic team in Sofia. If you are fluent in any of the following language combinations, we want to hear from you!
Language Requirements:
- German C1 + English B2
- Dutch C1 + English B2
- Czech C1 + English B2
- Polish C1 + English B2
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in your respective languages.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in the specified language (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Prior experience in customer service is valuable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- EU Citizens or Bulgarian residence card holders only.
