We're looking for Technical Support Representatives to join our client's team in the beautiful Thessaloniki!

What you'll do:

The Technical Support specialists are responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through product features, and ensuring seamless integration of clients services. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Team members collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring clients can maximize the benefits of clients offerings.
