We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Content Moderators / Customer Support professionals to join our dynamic team in Athens and Thessaloniki. If you are fluent in any of the following language combinations, we want to hear from you!

Language Requirements:

  • Norwegian C2 + English B2

Key Responsibilities:

So what 's going to your day-to-day? 

In the Content Moderator role, you will be working on a computer each day reviewing content such as videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads, and social media profiles. You will then score this content on areas such as age-appropriateness, level of violence, sexual content, and political transparency. In order to properly identify all of these items, you will be trained on how to enforce the clients policies, and then use these policies to support the overall business.

In the Customer Support role, you will provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues, build meaningful relationship, answering customers questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience is valuable but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • EU Citizens or Greek residence card holders only.
