What you'll do:

• Act as a digital marketing advisor for the advertisers.
• Provide information & guidance by offering your expert knowledge in social media marketing business support.
• Evaluate the social media advertisement analytics. Make inbound and outbound calls to the advertisers regarding their advertisements and budgets.
• Bring the wishes of the customer in experience and involve in their successful implementation of sales funnel strategies. Detect trends and undesirable developments at an early stage and apply your ideas to a powerful advertising campaign.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - successful calls (average 24 minutes), successful implementation of marketing strategies as per desired quotas, attendance, pitch rate (number of successful implementations of different campaigns).

What we're looking for:

• Dutch C2
• English B2
• Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
• 1 year of experience in Sales and/or Marketing (preferable but not mandatory).
• Eligibility to work legally in Germany (company doesn't offer Visa sponsorship).
