Position Overview:

Jill Frisch & Freeze MiniMart is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time or part-time position with a pay range of $21-$25 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities:

- Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Flexibility to work on-site or remotely as needed
