Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company
- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, both in-person and virtually
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and interview questions
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending job offers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the company's applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, and other industry professionals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the company's recruitment process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a retail or customer service industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Contract Details:
