What we do:
Responsible for coordinating, integrating and administering a range of diverse retail operating functions. Areas of responsibility include managing, planning, repairing and maintaining the mart's facilities and assets; maintaining buildings, facilities, and grounds in clean/hygienic condition; ensuring safety and security of the Office employees, clients, visitors and property.
Your role as Watch Engineer / HVAC Technician:
Responsible for the reliable operation of the buildings, facilities, machinery and equipment. Manages and/or performs work in all/some of the following areas: refurbishment of buildings/facilities, such as manufacturing facilities, retail stores and/or warehouses; preventative and reparative maintenance of company buildings, facilities, machinery and equipment; oversight of work related to electric maintenance, mechanics, hydraulics, carpentry and masonry, substituting, changing, cleaning, repairing and installing pieces, components and equipment.What we are looking for:

- Works independently with limited supervision, and may manage projects/processes.
- Coaches and reviews the work of other professionals
- Faces problems that are difficult and sometimes complex.

- Tactical (40%) focused on the plans to achieve goals and objectives the how, Transactional (60%) carries out defined steps or processes.
- Achieves operational targets with significant impact on departmental results.
- Works independently on larger, complex projects/ assignment.
- Manages entire projects or processes within their job area.
- Performs work under intermittent supervision with significant autonomy and discretion; plans and arranges short-term work.
- Meets less clearly defined goals.
- Requires higher knowledge of their job area.
- Has practical knowledge of project and process management.
- Experienced understanding of business line and of specialized discipline.
- Work schedule as Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Day shift with mandatory overtime and holidays
Licenses/Certifications
- EPA refrigeration
- Q01 Refrigeration Engineer
- Will have to or be able to acquire within one year various NYC certificates including but not limited to Certificate of Fitness to Operate and Maintain Air Compressors (A-35), Supervisor Fuel-Oil Transfer in Buildings (P-98), Fire Life and Safety Director (F-89), etc.
Salary Range: $43.00 - $50.00 per hour
