About the job Supply Chain Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and managing logistics; including the arranging of shipments of key materials from suppliers direct to customers.
- Track against service level targets and provide root cause analysis and suggested actions when needed.
- Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to effectively time phase material to service cash flow objectives and program schedules
- Optimize ERP setup and enhance reporting to help with supply and inventory planning.
- Maintain pricing histories, inventory records of purchased materials/supplies, and other vendor records.
- Establish a process that manages changes to the schedule, quick identification of material shortages in collaboration with planning and materials management
- Process purchase orders; develops bids and proposals; and reconcile any invoice discrepancies.
- Support with the writing and revision of supply chain related Standard operations procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor's in Supply Chain Management/Logistics Business Administration, Engineering, or a degree with relevant experience
2+ years' experience in one or more of the following areas: Supply Chain Strategy, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Fulfillment, Sourcing & Procurement, Product Development, Data and Analytics. Additional language proficiencies are a plus.
