Architectural Project Designer

Duties and Responsibilities

- Performs analysis of design, planning and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts.

- Ability to coordinate between engineering, vendors and architectural drawings.

- Prepares project specifications, compiling, and analyzing relevant data.

- Writes reports and specifications.

- Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.

- Draws finished designs from sketches.

- Helps define project scope and objectives with all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility

- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation

- Meets budgetary objectives and adjusts project constraints based on financial analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Architecture or related field
3 to 5 years experience in architectural design and/or drafting on custom projects.
