Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and execute social and digital marketing plans to build audience and promote streams and downloads.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
• Producing the full suite of our product offerings, the majority being custom audio programs with some video executions (podcast experience is a bonus)
  
• Innovate within the audio space 
• Handle day to day production tasks for programs (timeline development, vendor and project management, talent coordination, scripting and invoicing)
• Manage artist talent on-site and remotely (predominantly audio, some video)
• Work independently to maintain and complete project plans, keeping production on time and on budget

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience producing primarily audio but also video content in the branded content, creative agency, radio/podcasting, and/or editorial space
• Understand the mechanics of audio and video production
• Understanding of and passion for technology, design, audio and video content, and branding.
• 2-3 years of experience producing audio, video, social, and written content online.
