Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees the creation, management, coordination, and execution of all Franchise Development strategies and implements related tactical plans focused on franchise expansion.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key professionals such as franchise brokers and attends industry specific conferences, trade shows, and events.
- Work closely with franchise owners or key personnel to create annual business growth plans.
- Help franchises measure performance to established KPIs.
- Lead in the development and implementation of action plans to improve operational and financial results.
- Responsible for driving the success of the Operations Team which includes onboarding of new franchisees, training, development and driving performance for franchise and corporate centers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, required
Previous project management experience
Prior franchise leadership and management experience
