Communications Lead

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with key company leaders and internal stakeholders
• Provide professional strategic counsel and tactic support to company leaders regarding internal communications campaigns and strategies
• Build internal communications campaigns and execute tactics that support the education and growth of our 45,000+ global employees
• Write, edit, and supervise development of a wide variety of internal communications with speed, creativity, and accuracy
• Evaluate existing internal communications channels and recommend new ones
• Write, edit, and supervise development of press releases, product announcements, talking points, blogs, media statements, and corresponding materials with speed, excellence, and accuracy
• Establish and maintain relationships with key media covering the company's business and related programs; engage with members of the media 
• Serve as a member of the Company's crisis communications team

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in marketing or communications with at least 5 years of corporate or agency communications work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, or Communications.
• Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, or Liberal Arts.
