Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading the sales team to continuously exceed revenue targets and grow the sales of the company in a profitable manner.
  • Recruiting and developing the members of the sales organization for optimal performance at all times.
  • Working directly with large and small customers to gain a deep understanding for the everydays of the members of the sales team.
  • Evaluate, procure and develop sales support systems.
  • Handle escalated customer service cases to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize negative reviews and withdrawn payments.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders in other teams to ensure performance of job tasks to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance and provide support through frequent interactions with members of the sales team.
  • Initiate and execute sales competitions.
  • Generate management presentations, summarizing the data and presenting recommendations for courses of action. Developing forecasts, models and analyses to support tactical and strategic decision making of the company.
  • Define talent needs within the sales organization and ensure that those needs are continuously met. Hire, develop and terminate team members..
  • Define and manage the completion of special development projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor KPIs and budgets to assess sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated successful track record of significant consistent sales growth through own initiatives.
  • Extensive, own sales experience, preferably with a mix of B2B and B2C focus.
  • Strong understanding and experience of sales techniques and support systems (e.g. CRM systems).
  • Being well versed in the MS Office suite.
