Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leading the sales team to continuously exceed revenue targets and grow the sales of the company in a profitable manner.
- Recruiting and developing the members of the sales organization for optimal performance at all times.
- Working directly with large and small customers to gain a deep understanding for the everydays of the members of the sales team.
- Evaluate, procure and develop sales support systems.
- Handle escalated customer service cases to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize negative reviews and withdrawn payments.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders in other teams to ensure performance of job tasks to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance and provide support through frequent interactions with members of the sales team.
- Initiate and execute sales competitions.
- Generate management presentations, summarizing the data and presenting recommendations for courses of action. Developing forecasts, models and analyses to support tactical and strategic decision making of the company.
- Define talent needs within the sales organization and ensure that those needs are continuously met. Hire, develop and terminate team members..
- Define and manage the completion of special development projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor KPIs and budgets to assess sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated successful track record of significant consistent sales growth through own initiatives.
- Extensive, own sales experience, preferably with a mix of B2B and B2C focus.
- Strong understanding and experience of sales techniques and support systems (e.g. CRM systems).
- Being well versed in the MS Office suite.
