Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and execution of all administrative aspects of contracts.
  • Participates in the development, negotiation, and executing of assigned NDAs, TAs, Subcontracts, and other related agreements in accordance with client requirements and policies and procedures
  • Initiates and maintains a network of communication with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers
  • Provide contractual guidance when reviewing Government Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Analyze significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to support business goals and objectives, and well as to ensure the appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies are adhered to.
  • Advise senior management on strategies to mitigate or eliminate risk arising under these agreements.
  • Contractual interface with Government Contracting Officers and prime contractor Administrators.
  • Review of contracts, contract brief and contract kick-off meeting slides for the technical and business staff so roles, responsibilities, and deliverables are clearly defined.
  • Maintain all electronic contract files in accordance with company contract management and administrative policies and procedures
  • Facilitate close-out of all company inactive contracts and subcontracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Preparing pricing, basis of estimates, and business volumes for proposals.
