Sales & Data Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

- Partners with sales management to create and track progress to rep-level goals.

- Coordinates sales initiatives through the creation of tasks and associated progress visibility.

- Gather, define, and document company and customer user procedures that are necessary to support daily work tasks in the ERP system, with focus on the order creation workflows.

- Support process and system change initiatives by conducting pilot testing, assessing implementation challenges to address, and defining training requirements for proposed and approved deployment action plans.

- Develop daily reporting for the sales teams, including weekly Excel reports, providing excellent internal customer service to the teams that use these reports, with an eye towards continuous improvement on reporting views.

- Drive in-market strategies to help revenue growth by partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Compile and analyze data to forecast sales trends, some immediate and some over time.

- Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity and create the plan for future growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2-3+ years of experience in sales, business, or operational analysis.
Advanced MS Excel and Office skills.
Proven experience with catering, hotels, venue management.
