Mortgage Operations Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain constant communication with customers on status updates and/or changes to the loan.
- Coordinate loan closing with customers, title companies, and loan agents.
- Serve as subject matter expert for customers and facilitating customer issue resolution.
- Assist in monitoring system and operational controls identifying areas of risk and suggesting possible improvements.
- Emphasis in mortgage lending documents preferred
- Handles member escalations and makes appropriate risk decisions based on policies.
- Maintains compliance with mortgage policies, procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's (Preferred).
Fair Housing regulations or Financial Institution: 1 year (Preferred). Additional language proficiencies are a plus.
