About the job Construction Project Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Use project management skills to identify customer requirements, define project deliverables, provide customer satisfaction and reporting structures and ensure quality of projects.
- Monitors project including customers, management, project team, vendors, manufacturers and others impacted by the project.
- Maintain vendor relationships in professional manner ensuring vendors provide excellent customer service at competitive prices.
- Assigns, schedules, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.
- Manages the selection, ordering, and installation of fixed assets (Including furniture, displays, signage, and other items as directed).
- Mentors and provides expertise to other project team members.
- Read, interpret, and comment on proposed construction plans.
- Review and approve invoices and pay requests.
- Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, and change order
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field (Architecture, Engineering, Design, Planning, Construction Project Management, Communication, Etc.) from an accredited university or 5+ years of relevant experience.
