iTero Trainer

Duties and Responsibilities

- Work independently and efficiently within the company guidelines to train dentists and staff virtually from home.
- Provide weekly report of new clinical trainings along with file organization tasks.
- Manage travel expense reporting.
- Provide ongoing customer support to new and existing customers to foster positive long-term relationships.
- Leverage all resources and successfully manage the integration of the iTero scanner and Invisalign processes and procedures with both Doctors and Medical Staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing training or consulting role.
Clinical degree in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, etc.) and/or dental office management experience preferred
3-5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a related health industry (i.e. dental, orthodontic, practice etc.)
