Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages territory and makes personal contact with prospective clients for the purpose of introducing products and services.
  • Establish, maintain, and foster relationships with clients and their staff through regular and routine on-site visits and professional customer services.
  • Collect feedback from clients regarding the ordering process, report access, turn-around-time, deliveries and supplies.
  • Deliver high-quality leads to help our sales team achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop a contact & call strategy to achieve and exceed targets

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Service
1+ year of experience in account management, sales, or market management
Mastery of sales techniques including cold calling, objection handling, quarterly planning, pipeline management, sales forecasting
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Tableau
