Ballet Teacher

At VEBT, employees are our No. 1 investment. We are looking for a high functioning, detail-oriented professional who can juggle various tasks with accuracy and is interested in molding their logistics career with an award-winning, growing company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Music Director for Dance
• Supports special classes, auditions, and master classes outside of the regular work week, on occasion.
• Effectively collaborate with the Dance Instructor during the dance class.
• Continue to expand their repertoire for dance classes.
• Must be able to teach and choreograph routines.
• Coordinates weekly meetings called by the Music Director for Dance
• Ballet teacher with experience in theater is plus, but must have training and or experience in Classical Ballet.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience of demonstrated experience for ballet and/or modern dance classes.
• Previous teaching experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to teach young children
• Reliable and dependable
