Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work closely with the doctors and other providers involved in the patient's experience.
  • Manage all patient payments and financing.
  • Provide scheduling for the patient.
  • Provide patients with information about the doctors, company, products, and surgical procedures.
  • Represent the organization with a positive and professional image in all levels of operation, internal and public.
  • Managing new + old leads
  • Act as a liaison between patient and surgeon.
  • Responsible for selling products and services to our patients when they are visiting our practice and/or during their consultations (in-person or phone)
  • Following up with previous patients to renew their interest.
  • Counsels new and prospective cosmetic patients on booking procedures in person and via phone, e-mail, and mail follow-up communication
  • Books cosmetic surgeries and works with the surgical coordination team to ensure smooth scheduling
  • Discussing surgical options with potential patients
  • Oversees booking of treatments and procedures.
  • Works with the scheduling team to ensure the doctor's schedule is optimized for efficiency
