Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform work in a safe manner while identifying opportunities for improving safety
- Deliver innovative solutions to customer problems related to oilfield phase separation
- Develop new emulsion breaker, reverse emulsion breaker and flow improver products through testing and formulation at customer sites
- Support entire product life cycle for phase separation and flow improver products, including both laboratory and field technical support
- Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting and understanding laboratory and field test results that apply to the associated area
- Communicate technical recommendations or test results to a wide range of audiences including internal and external customers
- Work effectively in a team environment with cross-functional members.
- Detail orientated and excellent time management skills.
Qualifications:
- Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related technical field. PhD and < 2 years of experience, MS and 3+ years of experience, BS and +5 years of experience.
- No immigration VISA sponsorship will be offered for this role

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven innovator and problem solver
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
