Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define simple project plans/roadmaps and execute tasks defined in project plan to achieve project goals using standard project management methodologies and practices
- Provides coaching and guidance for business management to provide solutions for performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Conducts needs assessments with stakeholders and operational professionals, determine gaps in curriculum/programs, and create/manage curriculum strategy for the Company.
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge base, consistent time management skills, and strong organizational skills to provide an effective consultative partnership with business management.
- Specialized onboarding for all participants to ensure integration to the organization and program
- Organize speakers for classrooms, career fairs, industry site tours, and skills events.
- Provide occupational and educational information workshop sessions to all classes or other academic classes.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Education, Social Science, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years in human resources assignments.
Prior experience facilitating meetings, addressing small and large groups, delivering staff development workshops, and collaborating with business, public and education leaders preferred.
