International Air Operations Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process data through the Company’s system, and submit shipment information to various government agencies as required
• Check the shipment compliance
• Process bills of lading for outgoing shipments
• Ensure shipments of hazardous materials are checked and processed in accordance with all applicable regulations under the International Air Transport Association and, Code of Federal Regulations
• Create quotations for individual shipments, including estimating prices for the shipper, and selecting transportation companies to use.
• Maintains a safe working environment by complying with all safety and environmental policies in the workplace.
• Advocates for and promotes a safe work environment by reporting Near Misses and/or other safety and environmental hazards
• Monitors transportation performance nsuring compliance with company requirements and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
+3 years in Transportation / Air Operations (required)
