Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with program coordinators/directors to schedule and track volunteer participation/experiences.
- Assure consistent and coordinated messaging across all MCA communications platforms.
- Support development activities including donor management and acknowledgement.
- Work with staff and Board committee members to plan and organize outreach events.
- Support the mission of the Company by working closely with local communities, residents, businesses, agencies, and governmental organizations
- Develop recruitment plan to identify volunteers with unique skills and talents that can be engaged to serve the organization
- Coordinate all management aspects of the volunteer program
- Research, write, edit and coordinate internal communications tactics including emails, newsletters, intranet articles, internal digital signage and corporate Town Halls; coordinate imagery and design

Qualifications:

Education and/or relevant experience working with communities and non-profit organizations
Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Additional language proficiencies are a plus.
