Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for accurate & timely supplier selection & BOM maintenance
- Successfully navigates and works within all purchasing networks to execute the materials requirements planning (MRP) function
- Will be required to ensure Supplier contacts are up to date and have regular communication with those Supplier contacts
- Negotiates and works with vendors on deals and assortments.
- Processes purchase orders and expedites flow of paperwork.
- Communicates and works with all Distribution Centers and the Allocation Department to expedite and flow merchandise in a timely manner.
- Resolves and communicates all merchandising issues and problems with Stores and Field Operations, Accounts Payable, Sales Promotion, Allocation, Distribution Centers, Inventory Control, and Package and Design Departments.

Qualifications:

Four-year college or associate degree preferred.
A minimum one - three years of experience is required.
