Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participates in creative brainstorming, theme development and concepts to develop effective strategies for sales and marketing promotions, campaigns and solutions.
- Manages projects through the design cycle – including interacting with business partners, developing timelines, adhering to project schedules and following up with business partners.
- Collaborates with project managers, writers, designers, vendors and business partners on development of materials.
- Collaborates with Content & Design Manager and Senior Graphic Designers to develop and maintain corporate brand standards and visual identity guides.
- Oversees quality, including proofing and press checks. Must have a strong understanding of file preparation for production, and four-color offset and digital printing.
- Visualizes data in innovative ways, presenting a narrative that effectively tells the story through InDesign, Illustrator and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates exceptional knowledge of typography, iconography, color and layout.
- Helping to create various marketing and communications materials, including capabilities, solutions, and social media content.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience of working as a Graphic Designer
- Profound knowledge of related graphic design applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).HTML, CSS, Javascript, Microsoft Suite, Google File management
- Bachelor's degree in market research, graphic design, marketing, art, or similar disciplines.
- Organizational and self-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
