Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and release process planning to outline the build processes for the various assemblies and modules that make up our assemblies.
  • Participate in production meetings to align goals and expectations.
  • Help prepare standard repair documents or standard process documents.
  • Help create a safe work environment by ensuring that the right tools and processes are followed.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
  • Perform audits of company's financial transactions and prepare documentation for accounting control procedures
  • Determines root cause analysis for issues that arise during assembly and/or test of systems; drives correction actions; provides failure analysis report as required.
  • Estimates production times of less complex manufacturing processes, hardware, and tooling.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience of working in Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Experience in project management as it relates to the manufacturing of complex projects.
  • Organized, results-oriented individual who can think creatively and be resourceful while solving problems.
