Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
  • Follow and commit to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Manage, prioritize, and complete projects or programs of moderate size, scope, and duration.
  • Ensure site compliance with OSHA requirements.
  • Coordinate, develop and/or maintain process safety information and other required PSM/RMP documentation which includes design reviews, process hazard analysis, standard operating procedures, and contractor safety documentation.
  • Analyze overall processes for potential hazards, verify materials and equipment used meets standards, verify equipment maintenance procedures and schedules are properly defined, and establish reporting processes.
  • Coordinate internal compliance checks, participate in third-party compliance audits and monitor implementation of corrective action.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of products
Ability to successfully prioritize, and organize projects, deadlines, and tasks with little supervision in both team and independent environments
