Budget Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Daily cost setups for new parts and review and approvals of costs for products.
- Analyze annual standard cost rolls on all parts within SAP.
- Execute month-end accounting closing duties include preparing journal entries, including reclasses between accounts/cost centers, accruals, purchase price variances, and utility accruals.
- Preparing and assisting with forecast and budget processes.
- Verifies and validates all raw materials credit requests to suppliers with the quality and production teams.
- Measures of success include new product introduction readiness, order line fill rate, working capital, total product cost/margins.
- Prepare and review journal entries in accordance with US GAAP impacting all areas of the business.
- Complete account reconciliations.
- Assists in annual inventory audits and full physical inventory counts as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of experience in accounting or budget preferred.
