Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute, develop, optimize, and document localization infrastructure best practices, efficient workflows, and SOPs
- Evaluate, plan, track, and update production reports, schedules, and capacity to provide localization production status to collaborators and to allocate project assignments across the team
- Select localization studios and vendors to meet timelines, standards, and SLAs
- Prepare periodic reports for company's executives and top managers
- Coordinate licensing negotiations, vendor/production contracts, promotional materials, etc with Licensing, Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Animation Production teams
- Work with partners and licensors for schedules, source master assets, metadata, and approvals
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience, preferably in Dubbing, Media & Entertainment, Gaming industries
- 3 years of multi-language project management experience, preferably in Media & Entertainment, Gaming industries, or directly at localization/dubbing studios or post-production facilities
- Advanced knowledge of dubbing and subtitling process, production workflows, and digital assets (video, audio, timed-text formats, metadata, etc.)
- Detailed oriented with strong project management and organization skills
- Strong localization foundation and experience with the ability to evaluate, adapt, implement, and execute best practices
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, with a record that demonstrates suitable preparation for this position
