Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and oversight in development operations of the branch, with the goal to grow this area of the company.

- Manage a portfolio comprised of established and new development accounts, attend board meetings as needed, prepare agendas and board packets according to established time frames.

- Complete Call Tracker Report based on the information provided and following corporate guidelines.

- Determine and report client's assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, and financial objectives.

- Investigates, evaluates, selects and negotiates terms and lease provisions for homeowners.

- Work with developers, landlords and real estate brokers on deals, while collaborating with in-house counsel to work through deal process/lease agreements.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree and/or 3 years of experience, required

1 to 3 years of related or closely related experience, including customer service, account management, project management

Knowledge of developer/homebuilder functions

Knowledge of communities, property, real estate and homeowners associations
