Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer, facilitate, and maintain leadership development offerings including in-person, virtual, self-paced, and train-the-trainer learning.
- Manage the Learning Management System: system administrator & user support.
- Update KPIs and data related to system usage and training process compliance.
- Participate on Leadership and Organizational Development working teams to support the overall leadership development curriculum.
- Develop and implement measurable program of continuous evaluation, feedback, and documentation to ensure programs effectiveness, applicability, has met learners expectations.
- Assist with the curriculum development and execution of virtual and in-person classes for employees.
- Own the tracking and communication of new hires and employees during the onboarding life cycle, including welcome & update communications, and the training process.
- Work with training and sales teams, assists with the coordination of meeting logistics, agendas, and support materials for regional and national sales meetings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience of working in organizational psychology, instructional design, education, human resources, business, or related field
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
- Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong computation skills with close attention to detail
