Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and account for all incoming items/work and processed output in accordance with established procedures and controls.
- Maintain and oversee overdue and delinquent transactions, sections output reports, pending items, records and files.
- Respond to inquiries received from customers, offices, internal auditors and correspondent banks, providing the accurate and timely information in resolution of such queries.
- Identify discrepancies and inefficiencies in customer support efforts and ensure that they are corrected, documented and implemented.
- Update procedures as and when changes to workflow process, system enhancements and internal controls are affected.
- Conduct quality control meetings to enhance customer service and customer first initiative.
- Assesses adequacy of internal control systems by completing audit programs. This includes reviewing and testing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation to ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
Requirements:
- Finance or Banking with three or more years of auditor experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Must have knowledge of corporate banking, finance mediums and terminology, financial analysis, and cash management
- Intermediate Excel experience required
- Bachelor's Degree Finance or Accounting or other relevant area required
