Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with service providers (Internal and External) to ensure the operation and continuous improvement of existing platforms
• Develops and maintains document control processes for EHS&S systems and data management
• Directs, develops, implements, and manages the health, wellness, and safety program; ensures policies in the program are implemented consistently across the departments; develops, researches, and maintains processes and techniques.
• Develops and implements a safety audit program which includes, ensuring audit schedules are built and followed by departments.
• Implement EHS training programs for all employees, contractors and visitors in worksite safety practices with a focus on HPEs, and the facilitys environmental permits, licenses, and requirements (e.g., stormwater, wastewater, air, waste, etc.).
• Monitors and maintains EHS policies, procedures, standards and permits to ensure compliance with requirements, local, state/provincial, and federal rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience of safety and environmental experience required.
• Profound knowledge of accounting, financial and business principles and procedures
• Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental/Health Science, or closely related degree, or equivalent work experience required.
• Demonstrated success in the application of EHS standards, compliance with regulations, and the promotion of a safe working environment.
