Plant Maintenance Planning & Reliability Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Partners with Operations and Maintenance to ensure efficient planning and coordination of maintenance work.
- Create and maintain BOM’s and PM’s.
- Maintain an accurate and up to date work order list in SAP using proper codes
- Ensure parts are delivered and on site for all planned work order
- Measures of success by driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) related to Engineering reliability.
- Determine and drive best practices in equipment reliability, total cost of ownership and providing technical support for proactive maintenance.
- Update the Equipment Maintenance Plans (EMP) based on data analysis of failures.
- Plan and schedule efficient planned and predictive maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering and a Minimum of 5 (five) years of Maintenance experience
