SAP Implementation Consultant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite consultation and training to clients on SAP for both new and existing customers
• Train users in SAP set up, administration and maintenance
• Create user documentation when required
• Keep up to date on new functionality and learn new modules
• Conduct 12-15 days of billable training per month and maintain an organized training schedule
• Proof and analyze data conversions
• Develop and recommend improvements to advanced and complex application support processes and procedures.
• Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and/or user requests.
• Keep an open channel of communication with users and respond to advanced and complex application support requests and needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or comparable work experience
• +5 years of experience in SAP modules required
• Exceptional presentation and training skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
