Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, evaluate top candidates.
- Partner with internal cross functional groups including, Compensation, Benefits, and People Operations teams to facilitate hiring.
- Assist clients and candidates; establish regular touch points and maintain thorough follow through.
- Provide appropriate feedback throughout the interview and selection process to advise and influence hiring managers, ensuring an overall effective hire.
- Perform direct sourcing, advertising, networking and referrals, build a network of selected and targeted prospective candidates.
- Leverage online recruiting sources and in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit talent.
- Review resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Pre-screen candidates and present synopsis and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage applicant tracking system ensuring system is regularly updated including applicant status throughout the process.
- Initiate and maintain excellent relations with the business and HR partners.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' recruiting experience, including the ability to recruit passive candidates.
- Demonstrated excellence sourcing relevant functional talent, using current sourcing tools, with an emphasis on attracting passive candidates.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders.
- Strong focus on client and candidate experience, excellent negotiation and closing skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Productivity and confidentiality
- Proficient with OSX and Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Chat, etc.).
