Maintenance Operations Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develops and assists with preventive maintenance schedules and associated job plans for the maintenance of assets.
- Performs quality assurance and control reviews of asset data.
- Audits system work orders to ensure they are complete and accurate, executed at the correct level, and document failure codes.
- Ensure parts are delivered and on site for all planned work order
- Measures of success by driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) related to Engineering reliability.
- Ensures that the correct preventive maintenance procedures, job plans, criticality, and condition assessment values are assigned to all assets.
- Completes root cause analysis on data error reports from Utility Services systems and business units.
- Plan and schedule efficient planned and predictive maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or related disciplines and/or 3+ years of related procurement, supply chain, or engineering experience.
