Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Report to and work closely with the President & CEO, the Executive Vice President in all aspects of a financial institution. 
  • Provide ideas to increase loans, increase membership, increase income and be able to formulate and execute on plans to make those ideas come to fruition. 
  • Oversee various functions, which may include retail, finance, lending, marketing, information technology, and operations. 
  • Contribute with the strategic planning process, which will include the development and successful completion of major initiatives to drive growth and achieve key metrics.
    Encourage collaboration and effective communication amongst all team members. 
  • Lead their direct reports as a servant leader and will assist them in the development and execution of individual business plans. 
  • Work closely with the CEO, you will also guide staff on the achievement of scorecard metrics. 
  • Participate in outside meetings and events on behalf of the President & CEO.

Qualifications

  • Experience working on strategic items with the Board of Directors, while being willing to get their hands dirty to assist an employee or a member with a problem. 
  • Learn and be able to effectively use the Symitar core system.
