Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of project including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality assurance procedures following methodology and standards.
  • Lead or participate on a product team, responsible for product-level. requirements analysis, engineering and manufacturing of the products assigned, product tracking, and product visibility.
  • Assist Sales, Quality and Production on large/critical jobs to determine customer requirements and help launch production programs.
  • Organize and participate in Continuous Improvement efforts on production programs.
  • Coordinate personnel for process and technology development, process design, manufacture, test, documentation, installation, and service.
  • Provide product inventory planning guidance to supply chain.
  • Develop large customer project management and coordination of internal resources to provide customized solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience of working on a Program Manager or other related position
  • Significant experience with project/program management techniques and methods
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer/Technical field
  • Manage scope and mitigate risk across projects
  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business planning and execution skills
