About The Role

Main functions:

  • During the study stage, must contribute in the integration of lessons learned during project execution with the objective of ensuring the capture and incorporation of the same in the next projects. Consolidate and deliver the Delivery responses required by the study on technical aspects.
  • Support the development of project execution through active management of scopes, services and contracts under scope.
  • Actively lead all safety aspects of the project and provide on-site leadership.
  • Participate in the development of the project schedule, evaluations and project updates.
  • Participate in budget control and apply established governance in cases of change management.
  • Validate progress and amounts reported on contractor payment statements.
  • Multi-disciplinary management skills are required.
  • Lead and Support Contractors in the onboarding process.
  • Ensure Contractor safety documentation is always present.
  • Support and perform safety and QAQC (Quality Assurance Quality Control) audits.
  • Preparation of project reports and documentation.

About You

  • Experience in mining, preferably in projects.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related career with a civil degree.
  • Availability to work full time in the field.
  • English (intermediate level) and Spanish required.
