Finance Director

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop high-trust partnerships with leaders to build strong partnership across the company’s to bring well-rounded finance solutions to the organization

Analyze current business performance, monitor and manage liabilities and risk, assess external market conditions, and guide development of financial forecasts
Lead complex, cross-functional strategic and operational projects
Develop a long range plan that supports the strategic vision as well as the company’s long-term mission and financial future
Build and manage a budget that supports operating needs and sets clearly defined short-term goals and operational plans for the next year
Develop and track operational and financial metrics
Oversee the quarterly close reporting that demonstrates a deep understanding and provides clear explanations and accountability for variances
Recruit, onboard and develop/mentor an exceptional Finance Planning team

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in FP&A, economic/financial consulting, investment banking, business strategy, business operations and/or analytics
Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem-solving individually or in a group setting
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a complex, fast-changing environment
Experience leading and developing teams
Experience partnering deeply and effectively with a wide array of cross-functional teams
Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree
